Here's my introduction to The Cerrone Group. I'm Theresa Leeds, have been a realtor in town for going on 10 years, super excited to be a part of Lacey's team. We have a dynamic group of people and it's really important to me to belong to something and also give back. So being a part of a group has always been something I've looked forward to and wanted to join, just never found that perfect fit, and then I did with Lacey and her team.
So, a little bit about me, been here just over 20 years, I've been in real estate, in construction, the entire time that I've lived out here. selling real estate, though, became a passion for me, when my children went back to school and they were in school full time, I can do real estate and also be mom and being mom, if you've known me, or you've worked with me, you know, that's the first thing you hear about me is that I'm a mom to my two boys who I adore completely.
I love real estate because at my core, I like to help people, it has always been important to me to be like I said, a part of the community to give back. When I moved here, being a part of this city was paramount to me, it was important for me to feel like I belonged, so I looked and investigated and explored every nook and cranny of the city, which who knew, it ended up helping me in real estate, because if there is a neighborhood that you want to live in, I know about it.
If you have a home or a specific type of home that you want, I'm going to be able to tell you where those homes are located. You want to know about schools, I'll be able to share with you about that, if you want to know where the best pizza is, I'll be able to share with you about that.
