Is there a BEST TIME OF YEAR price-wise to buy a home?

My experience for Las Vegas is that there really isn’t.

The holiday season can affect timing a little but in all of my years in the business, pricing is all about supply and demand.

Location is the next biggest indicator for price points and varies greatly from one neighborhood to the next. Rather than season or location, days on market is the key to a buyer’s negotiating power.

A well-priced home in good condition will always sell quickly. No matter what time of year or its location.
